Certified RV Inspection

A comprehensive inspection allows the RV to tell it’s story through 800 points of contact. You will receive a 100+ page report with over 80 photos, a 360 degree view of the interior of the coach, and a 360 degree view of the exterior provided by drone coverage. An inspection is truly a subversive experience allowing you to “put eyes” on the coach without needing to travel to its location.

Water Heater Descaling

No matter the make of your water heater, it needs to be descaled; years of build up can cause the tank to no longer operate at optimum efficiency. Often performed at the beginning of the season, Confidence RV will begin the eight hour process of removing contaminants from your water heater tank.

Air Conditioner Maintenance

All of us rely heavily on our air conditioners during those hot, muggy summer months. Is your air conditioner ready for it? Pre-summer maintenance is paramount to having a comfortable summer. Confidence RV will hand clean the air conditioner coils, ensure the delta t (difference of input temperature vs. output temperature), test the health of the air conditioner capacitor, and test the compressor to ensure that it is operating at the manufacturer standards. Air conditioner maintenance does not assure the life of the air conditioner, but does make you aware of its operation.

Some scientific studies of radon exposure indicate that children may be more sensitive to radon. This may be due to their higher respiration rate and their rapidly dividing cells, which may be more vulnerable to radiation damage. We use a more detailed continuous-monitoring device that provides hourly and average readings. Data is downloaded directly from the device to our computers for immediate results after 48 hours.

Black and Grey Tank Sanitization

No one enjoys cleaning out the drainage tanks, but they are relied upon heavily. Allow Confidence to power wash your black and grey tanks, removing any build-up and debris preventing flow or accurate tank readings. We will also use biodegradable, earth-friendly products to ensure a healthy tank environment, preventing odors and future build-up.

An infrared camera can identify thermal patterns often associated with moisture intrusion. Abnormal heat patterns can also indicate improperly functioning electrical components or energy loss due to missing or damaged insulation. A complete infrared survey of a building is available as well.

Fresh Water System Sanitization

Your freshwater system sits for days, weeks, and sometimes months at a time. Allow Confidence RV to sanitize your freshwater system, including freshwater tank, water pump, water lines, faucets, and toilet.
